In the grip of pompomania I remembered I had a bunch of Scoubidou strings I bought on a whim years ago. I learned you can’t make pompoms out of plastic tubing, at least not this tubing, or with the size of pompom makers I have.

Remember this stuff? For some reason I had to do everything at 180° to the instructions to get it to come out right.

So this happened. Or didn’t.

But it did give me an idea for making some jewellery…
